Shipping policy

 

**May bank holiday shipping times: We will be closed on Monday 25th May. All orders from 8am Friday morning will be sent on Tuesday 26th May with next day delivery**

We use Royal Mail 24 (Next Day) for approximately 95% of our orders. Delivery typically takes one working day from dispatch, depending on when the order is placed.

Shipping prices are based on parcel size:

Small Parcel: £3.49

Medium Parcel: £3.99

All orders over £25 have FREE shipping.

Processing Time:
- Orders submitted before 1pm from Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 8am on Friday are also dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday with next day delivery.

Shipping Methods:
- We use Royal Mail 24 on 95% of orders. Some larger orders may be sent via Parcelforce.

International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Our free shipping policy applies to UK addresses only.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Delivery Issues:
- If your package is delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
